Using Multiple Signature Images
Multiple signature images may be used in association with a single Digital ID. Using multiple signature images provides a method for one to sign a form for another person; for example a delegated fiscal officer signature. Use the following procedures for creating multiple signature images.
- You first need to create an image of your handwritten signature to attach to your Digital ID for personal use. Please see these instructions.
- Next create a second image of your handwritten signature to attach to your Digital ID for use when signing for others. Repeat the same steps you followed when creating your personal handwritten signature.
- After you complete these steps you will be ready to sign electronic documents. When you sign the document you will be able to choose which signature you wish to apply as shown below..
